What to Expect - E-Staging Consultations:
Digitally send me photos of the house (email/text/upload). I will walk you through what you need to send.
House Candy Home Staging will prepare a detailed room by room report and email it to the homeowner. These consultations are value packed. Suggestions will be made for various improvements as well as styling suggestions to help your home better show for the camera and the, oh so important, listing photos.
We will go over the summary by phone and/or facetime.
If the seller or agent need any further assistance, we are available for any additional help they may need, like sourcing accessories, guidance on home repairs/modifications, scheduling an in person color consultation, etc.
How Much Do eStaging Consultations Cost:
The cost of an E-Consultation is the same as an in-person visit. $350 includes photo review, comprehensive checklist and a phone/facetime consultation.

Living in a home and getting it ready for a photo shoot are two different things. Many homeowners are talented at decorating, but they don't see what might need to be done to get the home ready for listing photos. Some suggestions I made for this room were:
Use greenery and bright flowers to draw your eye through the photo and toward the back of the room. This adds depth to the photo. (Before the items on the counters kept your eyes on the stuff not the features of the room.)
Remove most all items from the counter tops. Yes, even the pretty soaps! Pretty soaps are great or showings, but not the listing photos. These simple tricks really show off the stunning counters.
Fewer larger decor items are almost always better than lots of small items.
Neaten up coffee table and end tables
Straighten bar stools
Remove "red" items from cabinets. The red was competing for attention with the other more important features in the room.

Instructions were given during the consultation on how to show off the best features of the home by neutralizing the color pallet, where to add greenery, depersonalizing, placement of items for the best photos, adding vignettes and more.
